Preparation and Storage
At -20 degree C for one year. After reconstitution, at 4 degree C for one month. It can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at -20 degree C for a longer time. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

(1996) used fluorescence in situ hybridization to map the WNT13 gene to chromosome 1p13. WNT family members function in a variety of developmental processes including regulation of cell growth and differentiation and are characterized by a WNT-core domain. This gene may play a role in human development as well as human carcinogenesis.
