Related Product Information for anti-TNFAIP1 antibody
Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for BTB/POZ domain-containing adapter for CUL3-mediated RhoA degradation protein 2(TNFAIP1) detection. Tested with WB, IHC-P, IHC-F, ICC in Human, Mouse, Rat.
Background: Tumor necrosis factor, alpha-induced protein 1(endothelial), also known as TNFAIP1, is a human gene. The gene, present in single copy, was located in the 17q22-q23 region. This gene was identified as a gene whose expression can be induced by the tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF) in umbilical vein endothelial cells. Studies of a similar gene in mouse suggest that the expression of this gene is developmentally regulated in a tissue-specific manner. The protein is involved in the primary response of the endothelium to TNF.

Product Notes

The TNFAIP1 tnfaip1 (Catalog #AAA45115) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-TNFAIP1 antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TNFAIP1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ICC (Immunocytochemistry), IHC (Immunohistochemistry), IHC (Immunohistochemistry), WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TNFAIP1 tnfaip1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TNFAIP1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
