Related Product Information for anti-TCF3 antibody
This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against TCF3. It was validated on Western Blot
Target Description: TCF3 is a transcriptional regulator. It is involved in the initiation of neuronal differentiation. Heterodimers between TCF3 and tissue-specific basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) proteins play major roles in determining tissue-specific cell fate during embryogenesis, like muscle or early B-cell differentiation. Dimers bind DNA on E-box motifs: 5'-CANNTG-3'. TCF3 binds to the kappa-E2 site in the kappa immunoglobulin gene enhancer. It binds to IEB1 and IEB2, which are short DNA sequences in the insulin gene transcription control region.

Product Notes
The TCF3 tcf3 (Catalog #AAA201480) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The TCF3 Antibody - N-terminal region reacts with Dog, Horse, Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TCF3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TCF3 tcf3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: Synthetic peptide located within the following region: EDRPSSGSWG SGDQSSSSFD PSRTFSEGTH FTESHSSLSS STFLGPGLGG. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TCF3, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
