Cellular Location
Cell junction, adherens junction. Cell membrane. Cytoplasm, cytoskeleton. Cell junction, focal adhesion. Nucleus. Nucleus matrix. Note=Colocalizes with the Ten-1 ICD form of TENM1 in the nucleus (By similarity). Colocalizes with actin stress fibers. Also detected at the plasma membrane and in neuronal intranuclear inclusions. Colocalized with PXN at focal adhesions during myogenic differentiation.
Tissue Location
Detected in skeletal muscle (at protein level). Widely expressed with highest levels in heart and skeletal muscle
Preparation and Storage
Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

Product Notes

The SORBS1 sorbs1 (Catalog #AAA286213) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 866-892. The SORBS1 Antibody (Center) reacts with Human, Hamster (Predicted Reactivity: Mouse) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's SORBS1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IF (Immunofluorescence), ELISA, WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the SORBS1 sorbs1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "SORBS1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
