Related Product Information for anti-HMMR antibody
Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for CD168/HMMR detection. Tested with WB, FCM, Direct ELISA in Human.
Background: Hyaluronan-mediated motility receptor (HMMR), also known as RHAMM (Receptor for Hyaluronan Mediated Motility) is a protein which in humans is encoded by the HMMR gene. It is mapped to 5q34. The protein encoded by this gene is involved in cell motility. It is expressed in breast tissue and together with other proteins, it forms a complex with BRCA1 and BRCA2, thus is potentially associated with higher risk of breast cancer. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been noted for this gene.

Product Notes
The HMMR hmmr (Catalog #AAA125477) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-CD168/HMMR Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD168/HMMR can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (Direct ELISA), FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry), WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the HMMR hmmr for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD168/HMMR, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
