Related Product Information for anti-HLA-DR/DP/DQ antibody
In humans, Major Histocompatibility Locus (MHC) class II molecules are encoded by three different loci, HLA-DR,-DQ, and-DP, which display ?70% similarity to each other. Polymorphism is a notable feature of MHC class II genes. HLA-DR, HLA-DP, and HLA-DQ are heterodimeric cell surface glycoproteins comprised of an alpha (heavy) chain and a beta (light) chain. They are expressed on B cells, activated T cells, monocytes/macrophages, dendritic cells, and other non-professional APCs. In conjunction with the CD3/TCR complex and CD4 molecules, HLA-DR is critical for efficient peptide presentation to CD4+ T cells. Variations in the HLA gene expression are crucial to graft survival.

Product Notes

The HLA-DR/DP/DQ hla-dra (Catalog #AAA213513) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Mouse anti-HLA-DR/DP/DQ Monoclonal Antibody [CR3/43] reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's HLA-DR/DP/DQ can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ICC (Immunocytochemistry), IHC (Immunohistochemistry), WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the HLA-DR/DP/DQ hla-dra for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "HLA-DR/DP/DQ, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
