Related Product Information for anti-TNFRSF13C antibody
Defects in TNFRSF13C are the cause of immunodeficiency common variable type 4 (CVID4) [MIM:613494]; also called antibody deficiency due to BAFFR defect. CVID4 is a primary immunodeficiency characterized by antibody deficiency, hypogammaglobulinemia, recurrent bacterial infections and an inability to mount an antibody response to antigen. The defect results from a failure of B-cell differentiation and impaired secretion of immunoglobulins; the numbers of circulating B cells is usually in the normal range, but can be low.

Product Notes
The TNFRSF13C tnfrsf13c (Catalog #AAA215547) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CD268/BAFFR/TNFRSF13C Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [Clone BAFFR/1558] reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD268/BAFFR/TNFRSF13C can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IHC (Immunohistochemistry), FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TNFRSF13C tnfrsf13c for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD268/BAFFR/TNFRSF13C, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
