(Western Blot using anti-TNFalpha antibody AAA72235 Rat liver (lane 1), rat spinal cord (lane 2), mouse testis (lane 3), rat colon (lane 4) and human thyroid tumour (lane 5) samples were resolved on a 10% SDS PAGE gel and blots probed with AAA72235-13.0 at 1 ug/ml before being detected by a secondary antibody. The expected band size for TNFalpha is 26 kDa, however dimers and other higher order complexes are well described in the literature too (c.f. Petersen 1989, PMID: 2583226). AAA72235-13.0 successfully detected human and rat TNF alpha.)
